We never see or store your banking login or full account details.<\/li>\n        <li><strong>Account details:<\/strong> login credentials and order history if you create an account.<\/li>\n        <li><strong>Messages:<\/strong> anything you send us by WhatsApp, Telegram, email or our contact form.<\/li>\n        <li><strong>Newsletter:<\/strong> your email address if you join the Element list.<\/li>\n      <\/ul>\n      <p><strong>Information collected automatically:<\/strong> IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and how you use our site, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see section 7).<\/p>\n\n      <h2 id=\"ep-p3\">3. WhatsApp &amp; Telegram<\/h2>\n      <p>WhatsApp and Telegram are our main support channels. When you message us there, we receive your phone number or username, profile name and the content of your messages. We use this only to support you and your orders.<\/p>\n      <p>These apps are run by third parties (Meta for WhatsApp, and Telegram) and process your information under their own privacy policies. Please don't send sensitive information, such as banking details, through any messaging app.<\/p>\n\n      <h2 id=\"ep-p6\">6. Sharing your information<\/h2>\n      <p>We share personal information only as needed to run our business, with:<\/p>\n      <ul>\n        <li><strong>Shipping carriers,<\/strong> to deliver your order.<\/li>\n        <li><strong>Service providers<\/strong> who help us operate, such as website hosting, email delivery, analytics and IT support.
